i have no job, no money for college [parents wont help at all] i want to move to texas later on. i dont really know a job that i would like. i was thinking something like real estate or plumbing because i heard the money was good, but im not sure if thats what i should do.

Recently, we sold our house and need to be out by this weekend. We got the inspection done on the house that we have a down payment on and there are too many things to fix. That fell through. My grandparents said we could stay there like a month ago, but decided against it. We have no where to go and my mother has an empty house she won’t let us move into just to find another place to live. How would you feel if your mother did this to you? She’s left my sister move in and out many times over the years including last year, and my brother was still living at home when he was my age…

I washing Dishes the other morning and the pipe sink just broke and all the water went all over the place! I notify the manager about it he said that the plumber they have only works on sunday! Today is sunday and no one has shown up yet and hes not home all of a sudden! I live in California its been 2 days and i really need to clean my dishes and everything but cant cause the sink leaks if i turn on the water! If i hire the plumber and notify them can i deduct this from the rent?? Any help would be Appreciated

A Vancouver Coastal Health inspection that looked at 3,100 single-occupancy hotel rooms in the Downtown Eastside found that half of all Downtown Eastside residents suffer from mental illness.Inspectors also said half of the residents live on government assistance, Global TV reports. Out of all the neighbourhood’s single-occupancy hotels, 80 per cent were found to have bed bugs, and 77 per cent were home to rodents or cockroaches.a quarter of all landlords charged in excess of $325 a month to rent rooms. Annually, $6.7 million is spent for rent in Downtown Eastside hotels, while $6.3 is spent on emergency response services in the community.

i have this lil thing in my basement. sounds like the pipes settling as you can kinda hear them thud for a split second a few times a day. no one is using any plumbing and nothing is being used and they STILL make the “boom boom” noise. got any ideas,peeps?
