Hi animal community! I have the need to “get outta Dodge” in a couple of weeks and I want to take my 2 dogs with me. I live in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah area so I don’t want to go farther than Lake Tahoe to the west or past Colorado to the east. I like the outdoos, but I have to shower and I can’t live with out indoor plumbing.
My Lab loves to swim and my Schipperke just loves to go anywhere where she can yap at birds. So a place with a lake (where dogs can swim) and some easy hiking trails (where dogs are allowed) would be great. I am on a tight budget, so cost is def. an issue. Where would you all suggest? Have you personally been there? What hotels are the cheapest and cleanest for the $ or would you rough camp? Could you send info on trails and lake availability for dogs too? Thanks a bundle!

I have had problems with plumbing non stop since i moved in. The toilet backs up into the bathtub. The sink leaks. (all of this in both bathrooms) they completely tore out one bathroom and I still have the problems. I only have 2 months left but i am afraid this is unsafe for my children and I …. the smells and lack of even 1 toilet at times. Is there any way to get out of my lease because of this? (I live in Texas)

i have no job, no money for college [parents wont help at all] i want to move to texas later on. i dont really know a job that i would like. i was thinking something like real estate or plumbing because i heard the money was good, but im not sure if thats what i should do.

Omg A True Story If You Want To Read?

A true story and its source was the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service in Adelaide.
A bloke and his family were on holidays in the United States and went to Mexico for a week. An avid cactus fan, the man bought one-metre high, rare and expensive cactus there. On arrival back home Australian Customs said it must be quarantined for 3 months.
He finally got his cactus home. Planted it in his backyard, and over time it grew to about 2 metres. One evening while watering his garden after a warm spring day, he gave the cactus a light spray. He was amazed to see the plant shiver all over,
He was puzzled so he rang the council who put him on to the state gardens people. and asked him ?”What the hell’s going on?” he says. “Let me show you” says the cactus man. He went over to the cactus and picked away a crusty bit, the cactus was almost entirely hollow and filled with tiger striped bird-eating tarantula spiders, each about the size of two hand spans.

Want To Become Gas Safe Registered Fast Track?

I have been Plumbing/Pipe fitting for 10 years and gained my knowledge through on-site experience. Now i wish to become Gas Safe registered in London but have no qualifications, how can i do this and can i fast track this course?

I have a signed contract to buy an existing home in NC. The house passed inspection, and I’m approved for financing. The only other contigency is home appraisal..
If the home passes the appraisal, do I have any options for getting out of this deal? I’m OK with losing my earnest money but can the sellers sue me? What could they possibly win?
This is all in North Carolina if that matters..
Thanks..
