I have a hard side, 8 inch deep, full motion water bed.
I’m trying to get a heater for it and I’m trying to figure out how to tell if a heater is energy efficient or not.
I don’t need a brand or anything really, but if you could give me something to look for when searching for one so that I /know/ it’s energy efficient, that would be helpful.

we have a septic tank. The previous homeowners indicated that they were on city sewer and that there were no known problems. The first week (excuse me, day!!!) we started experiancing plumbing problems, which led to the discovery of a septic tank. Who is responsible for fixing this problem…us, old owners, or the real estate agent?

How do you take money from the employers (small businesses) who create jobs and give it to others just so you can be fair and “spread it around”? Now joe can’t afford to hire anyone to work for him. Is that what we want? To tax ourselves out of jobs? Please!!
You have entered the Twilight Zone………….

how much would it cost these days to build a cement block basement (including electric and plumbing, door, a few windows and screens, sand and stone around it, plastic around and under it, etc.)

Slanted and tilted horizons seem awesome until you sober up the next morning.
I don’t know, maybe the sensor could float on some sort of oil bath or swing on a pendulum.

Our dishwasher has two rotating arms that shoot water onto the dishes to clean them. The spray holes get clogged. If the water is coming from the plumbing, where does the stuff come from that clogs the holes?
