So I am starting up a candy business and I am trying to find out everything I need to do to get started. We already have someone making a website with paypal on it, a name for the business and have already talked to some stores about selling the candy. We are making them all at home so do we need to do a health inspection or anything? What all do we have left to do?

I am 19 and a community college student. I want to find a way to make money independently. I also want to make money creatively and differently than I have ever done before. I thought about starting up a catering business that very small.
Is it possibly to just have two dessert to cater to people. I want to cater homemade chocolate chip cookies and chocolate pumpkin muffins. I want sale $5 for 10 and $10 for 20 and then $ 20 or $ 15 for 30 of either chocolate chip muffins or chocolate chip pumpkin muffins.
I have my own transportation. I do not have a job. I have about 600 dollars of free money to spend on anything extra that I might need. Like either getting a business license and covering the cost of food inspection for my kitchen.

I am going to be starting a home daycare in September. I am 39 weeks pregnant, and I have a 5 yr old. My fiance and I have figured out that we can’t afford me to be a SAHM full time. I don’t want to leave the baby (who is due July 8th) until she is at least a year old. My son (he’s 5) goes to kindergarden every other day.
What I want to do is open a home daycare. We live in a town of about 2 thou. ppl, and there is only one daycare. I know there is a need for safe, reliable daycare there.
My question is- how should I start my daycare? What equipment, advertising, inspections, etc should I do?
I only want to charge cash, around $20 daily per child. Hours from 7:30 am to 5pm. The local gov’t daycare charges $32 per day per child, 8am till 4 pm, then $5 per hour after 4pm.
Any tips on how to successfully start a little daycare at home for some extra cash would be appreciated!!

I see a need for fully qualified maintenance personnel in my area but there appears to be no schools to train them in general and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and plumbing repair, electrical and electrical repair, carpentry, drywall installation and repair, painting, etc.
If you have any suggestions as to starting this type of school, please give me your ideas. I have fair knowledge of all these trades but am fully experienced only with plumbing. Unfortunatly, I have very limited business management experience. I do have (I believe) sufficient capital.

I want to adopt through the children’s aid society. I’ve already called them and they’re going to send me the information. What should I expect with the home inspection?
I am not willing to adopt from another country simply because I know that their are kids in Canada that need good homes as well. I am not racist, so please do not say anything to me along those lines.

My Husband is a retired volunteer Firefighter. He has all the credentials to be a free consultant in home “fire safety” inspections.
How do we go about setting up a home busines in this field? Would he need any special lisence? Just curious how this all works!
Any advice would be welcomed.
