I have a sewer clean out in the floor of my basement with a 3.5″ cap in it now. I would like to find something to reduce it down to 3″ so I can add a Y and run a sink drain into it.
Does anything like that exist? Or is there another way to accomplish the same thing without tearing the floor apart?

Want water for dish and hand washing, not boiling ! Assumed to be electrically heated.

my trailer has been repaired a number of times.the floors are rotting in different areas. the plumbing has started acting up and breaking. I have a son & family have been here for 2 years and wiring is starting to go bad. when i was younger I could fix these things . but this trailer so old it still has a green sink in the bathroom. we need a 4 bedroom, as this trailer has2. we have lot a lot of bad luck the last 2 years could someone show me what to do or where I can get help.

1. Do I contact home owners by mail or phone? What do I say?
2. Once I see the home, what do I look for? Are there any inspections I need to pay for? etc…
3. What about home owners with 2 mortgages? How does that work?
4. Where is the best place to find a buyer to assign the contract to?
5. When do I get my fee?
Any help on this would be REALLY appreciated…oh and I also heard that there is a seperate form you have to have in California on top of the purchase option contract,or you can be sued?? ANyone know what form that is?

I want to grow my own food so I know it’s organic and fresh and I’m thinking of installing a greenhouse. How practical are they? Will I be able to grow fruits and vegetables year round if I keep the heat at 55 degrees or so? How does the quality of veggies grown in a greenhouse compare to non-greenhouse veggies? Are some vegetables and fruits more ideal than others in a greenhouse environment? What should I expect to pay for a greenhouse with water and heat? CAN A I PUT A GREENHOUSE ON A DECK?
