Unless you tell us where you are from, which visa you have and what kind of plumber you are, NO.
This is not to be funny, but it is very hard to help you when we do not get any information.
If you are a good plumber, with all needed paperwork and diplomas, you can try to find a business listing, (google will help you,) and phone each and every company to see if they are willing to hire you.
A good tradesman can always earn his living, if he is willing to travel to were the work is.
But Europe is big, and there is no Europe wide agency collecting all jobs. Those are not needed, because this people doing this kind of work will almost always hire on locally. Those who are willing to travel far to find a job will either have a local contact where they go or just go there and try to find a job when there.
If you do not have all paperwork needed, or need a visa and work permit but do not have one yet, forget it.
Work as plumber, or any in the building trade, is not going to get you a work permit in any of the European countries, certainly not now the economy is going down.
Added;
As an Irish person you do not need impossible to get permits, so your chances are not too bad. But remember that you have to compete with all local craftsmen and all people from the new EU countries, who will likely work for less money than you are willing to do.
Google for the business listing of a town you are willing to consider, find e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of plumbing companies, and start applying for jobs.

When you are in contact (but have been told you are not needed) chat with them about the general situation and the amount of plumbers available.
Any place in Europe will need plumbers, but the farther south you go the more difficulties you will have with the language.
And when you go across what used to be the iron curtain the pay will drop dramatically.

My espresso machine requires new o-ring rubber (or silicone, I don’t know) seal. It’s not a stove-top device for which plenty of seals available online. It’s Woolworths own brand - Elevation and they say they don’t have any spares for it.
I was pretty happy with the machine while it was working so I don’t want to buy a new one if 15 pence seal is the solution.
The problem is that I cannot describe exactly what I need (the seal itself is not just a plain ring). I need to bring the old seal to a store with large range of o-ring seals on sale and say “I want to replace this one”. Is there such a store in London? I tried DIY and plumbing supplies, but they weren’t able to help me.

You would think the investigator’s would have looked first thing down the drain its the first place criminals go to wash down or get rid of evidence and they also open the lab up right after checking it out so now the defence can say it was someone else that came in afterwards and planted the evidence also they left the place open to the public I think for about 4 to five days people were walking around I heard the evidence could be something along the line as a garrot or weapon he used on her to choke her but I’m not really sure it could be a rumour Nancy Grace usually keeps us updated on this case even if some people hate her she gets the facts!
