Owner of a house I just completed wants a list of what I will gaurantee to give to the person that buys the house. Appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, all have manufacture waurantees.

My builder cites reasons such as plumbing problems and electrical piping problems if we use a cavity between a 6 inch and 4 inch wall.
