Best Place For Laying The Main Sewage Line?

Hello everybody and thank you in advance for your answers. I’m building a home, and right now I’m in the plumbing stage, so I’m debating about where to place the main sewage line, inside or outside the home. Also, I live in the Bahamas where the soil is mostly lime stone. Thanks again!

Hi.
I had a washing machine installed 4 months ago but after 3 months we noticed a leak. It had been dripping for 3 months so obviously it wasn’t noticed straight away and then only by accident. it has ruined the floor beneath the the washing machine and the kitchen cupboard beside it has swollen and split. the wall behind has gone black with the damp. We rang them as soon as we could and without even coming out to look at the damage we had a letter back saying they had spoken to the driver and he said it was ok when he left so they wouldn’t be taking further! Obviously he would say that. I wasn’t going to leave it there so i rang again and they again said they would look into it more. That was a weeks ago. Im getting the feeling that they won’t do anything about it. I need to contact the best people if i can’t get anywhere. Does anyone know who i can contact if things don’t turn out in my favour. Many Thanks Ann

I have a hard side, 8 inch deep, full motion water bed.
I’m trying to get a heater for it and I’m trying to figure out how to tell if a heater is energy efficient or not.
I don’t need a brand or anything really, but if you could give me something to look for when searching for one so that I /know/ it’s energy efficient, that would be helpful. :D

Who Makes The Best Tankless Water Heater?

Im having a hard time finding good information about tankless water heaters. Is there a site that can help me decide what to buy?

It’s in a very small community, in a sort of unusual location, not new, not falling apart. Kind of removed from cookie-cutter houses in suburbs easily comparable to other suburbs. There just isn’t that much to compare it to.
Should I hire a real estate appraiser? Presumably, after the home inspector does his job — but then, when do I make an offer?
What sort of contingencies would be wise to make if I made an offer prior to an inspection (see my other question on that if curious) and subsequent appraisal?
Would we run into problems if the appraisal came out notably higher than the asking price?
Etc. All insight welcome and appreciated.

Plumbing
Shower clogged

I have oil heat and have been told an indirect fired water heater would be best.

I live in a prefabricated ranch home built in the mid 1980’s. When they built the home, they neglected to put in an access to the plumbing for our shower/bath tubs. We cannot find the replacement faucet part because it’s exclusively a prefab home part and the part is so antiquated that they do not sell it at any prefab supply place.
So, we think we have to tear out the wall behind the shower to create an access and totally replace the fittings to modern home standards. If you’ve had to tackle this problem, please give me some pointers. We don’t want to tear out the wall behind if we don’t have to. One of the bath tubs backs to our dining room and an access would look very unsightly.
