it backs up into my shower. can i do anything for it, or do i need a plumber. does anyone know what is causing this. TY

I have an extra bathroom that I rarely use.
The other day I tried to take a shower in there. The hot water came out fine, but when I tried to turn on the cold water, it only dribbled out!
There are no other plumbing problems in the house.
Any ideas as to what’s wrong? Why wont the cold water come out?

Constant Leaks….High pressure low volume….slow drains….Need to be more specific.

I live in a building where the pipes get backed up, and I can hear my toilet burp sometimes when I haven’t used it for hours.
My kitchen sink has a disposal, but when it gets more than the smallest amount of crap in there, it jams up.
Worse, the first straight vertical pieces coming out of the disposal is just sort of jammed between the pipe on the disposal and the one coming out of the wall, so whenever it gets backed up, water and everything else shoots out and floods my kitchen floor.
My landlord and his handyman say it’s normal to have that pipe loose, but I haven’t lived anywhere else that I’ve had to monkey with this once or twice a month.
Any ideas?

According to the law that there is NO more then 4 inspections are allowed in any period of 12 monthes. However, the agent had done 4 inspection in last 3 weeks. 1st time and the 2nd time was for measurement. At the 3rd time, the agent just knock my door and said they want to come in.I was not agree the agent to do the inspection, but they INSIST to enter my unit. Coz I was at home, so I still let them do the inspection. I also told them that I will be away for one week and do not come in if I am not here. Furthermore, I refused to give them my key. However, one day I got home, I found out that the agent use the key to open my unit & brought some ppl to see my unit. This agent is not the one who managing leasing on my unit, why this agent can come in? I NEVER receive any written notice about these 4 inspections, neither phone calls before the 4th inspection. Can they use the key to open my door and enter my unit w/o my permission? Can I sue the trespasser or What can I do now? Thanks
