Would you pay a company to take care of your vehicle inspection and registration for you while you work? What about opening your home for service professionals (plumber, cable guy, a/c service, etc.) so you don’t have to?

Jeff, yes, I would. That would be a great service.
If offered to me, I would pay up to $20 per hour for someone to do that. They need to be bonded and insured of course.
There are very often problems with cars and they fail emissions or safety inspections, requiring the owner to make decisions regarding repairs etc etc, also, there are often problems with registering a car and forms need to be filled out and signed by the owner.
This would be a real troublesome business to be in I think.
