Why Does My Male Area Swell In Size And Length In Summer?

My male area swells up durning the summer months it becomes very large around and even longer than normal, its even longer and large around when erected or so called ready to do plumbing.
is this normal ?
I mean sure its 1 hell of a pluss for a woman. but the thing is ive had a woman say holly **** you’re not entering me with that thing.
So my big qestion is. is it a normal thing

During the winter months it`s cold and since your testicles on the outside of your body they draw up to get warm But during warmer weather you penis and testicles tend to get drop because of the warmer weather.so enjoy it while it last.this is normal.Its just like taking a cold shower everything draws upward.
