We Had A Plumbing Leak?
the bathroom had a leak and water went onto the wooden floor which swelled a couple of pieces .now the door wont shut properly as a result of the swelling.whats the best way if any to make the wood panels even again

Depends: If it is solid wood, just let it dry out slowly and sand off any excess.
If it is chipboard or MDF, there isn’t a good solution once the board is ‘blown’. The real answer is to replace the ‘blown’ panel if possible. If that is impractical, it might be possible to have the damaged section cut out and replaced. The panel will have already been weakened so, if you HAVE to sand it down, do the minimum you can get away with. You might find it is covered by your household insurance. Good luck.
after the flooring is completely dry and its still hitting the bottom of the door the quickest way is take the door off and remove a little bit of the door bottom to pass over the warped wood floor. only alternative is either sand off or replace the flooring. take off probably an 1/8″ off the door though and it will probably be fine.
