Depending on where you live the level of chlorine in the tap water may be higher than what is safe to swim in. Our “water quality” report showed that it was sometimes at 3.8 parts. They must keep it under 4.0 in order to pass EPA standards, but over 3.0 parts is not considered safe for swimming. So, of course, we have purchased chlorine filters for shower heads.
