		<description>Are you sure that you have everything out of the valve?  Old American Standard valves use "top hats" that just press on the end.  Peek inside and see if there is more in the valve.  Do you know the brand?</description>

		<description>I just read it in a my Handyman mag a couple months ago.  Its an issue, I agree.  I'd have to have those instructions in front of me and I can't seem to find that issue.  Lowe's has a whole stack of mag when you come in the front door.  Try those.</description>
