most of those jobs are intended for licensed plumbers or electricians if there are any problems will a handy man have insurance to back him or her up i doubt it and why would you want a handyman to begin with most of them know a little bit about nothing. call in professionals that do these things everyday. it may cost you a bit more but you will know that the work is done properly.
$700 might be more than your budget can handle right now but if you go with someone like harley jazz who would only charge $100 - $150 without even seeing it then you will get a terrible job done. i would think that $700 is a pretty good deal
I agree with Brian..you should not get a handy man to do something a licensed professional should be doing. You need a plumber and an electrician to do most of this..they will guarantee the job and you will have no worries when they are there..they are licensed, bondable, and insured. Rethink your decision.
i would charge about 100 to 150 dollars.. most of the would be replacing the vanity. i live in central minnesota.
